The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center staff that effective June 30, 2011, the Human Resources Administration (HRA) will not renew its administrative contract with the Research Foundation for the City University of New York (RF/CUNY) for the Begin Employment Gain Independence Now (BEGIN) Managed Program (BMP).
