(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #06-27-ELI)
This policy directive has been revised to:
• Remove references to the "Yes You Can Still Apply for Medicaid/Family Health Plus" brochure (MAP-2020), which is no longer included in the CA Application Kit;
• Remove references to the independent referral process for Riverview Job Center; and
• Announce the revision of the Referral from Cash Assistance for Separate Determination of Medical Assistance form (M-42f), which has been updated with the current closing and denial codes that require a separate Medicaid determination. In addition, PB #06-07-SYS and PB #02-14-ELI are now obsolete.
