This policy bulletin is being issued to inform all staff at Job Centers that the 2010 increase in the Cash Assistance (CA) Basic Allowance will take effect July 1, 2010. Effective July 1, 2010, the CA semimonthly Basic (Preadded) Allowance will increase. The Guide to Cash Assistance Budgeting (W-203K) form has been updated to reflect the new Preadded Allowances for each CA household size.
