(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB #09-81-ELI)
This policy bulletin has been revised to:
• Correct two entries in the "Notice Type" column of the attachedAutomated Food Stamp Separate Determination (FSSD) Desk Guide (Form M-42x) to reflect the fact that a manual notice must be issued in conjunction with FS Closing Code Y99 when going from CA/FS status AP/SI or AP/AC to RJ/CL.
• Add codes beginning with P and R to the list of CA rejection/closing codes that require Workers to generate a Client Notices System (CNS) notice number.
• Add a Note stating that Intentional Program Violation (IPV) Codes WF1-WF3 will prevent an FSSD.
