The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center (F15) staff that participants whose cases are active at Center F15 will now be able to recertify via the automated Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). This policy bulletin is informational for all other staff.
