The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center staff that the What You Need to Know About Food Stamps (BRC-100) brochure, the Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp Centers and Associated Medicaid Offices (M-42u) form, and the Food Stamp Income Guidelines (W-138Q) form have been revised as follows:
• To remove the Rider Food Stamp Center (F38) located at 305 Rider Avenue, Second Floor, Bronx, NY 10451. F38 is closing on April 23, 2010, but stopped accepting food stamp applications on March 29, 2010.
• To add the Concourse Food Stamp Center (F45) located at 1375 Jerome Avenue, 2nd Floor, Bronx, NY 10452. F45 is opening on April 26, 2010.
