The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center and Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center staff that the temporary $25 weekly supplement to Unemployment Insurance Benefits (UIB), also known as the Federal Additional Compensation FAC), has been extended to UIB payments through June 30, 2010, and excluded as income for Food Stamp (FS) households applying for or receiving FS benefits.
