(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB #09-119-OPE and PB #09-31-OPE)
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center staff that the What You Need to Know About Food Stamps (BRC-100) brochure, the Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp Centers and Associated Medicaid Offices (M-42u) form, and the Food Stamp Income Guidelines (W-138Q) form have been revised as follows:
• The Boro Hall Food Stamp Center (F23), which is currently the extended hours Food Stamp Center for the borough of Brooklyn, was removed because it stopped accepting new applications on January 25, 2010, and will close on February 26, 2010.
• The Fort Greene Food Stamp Center (F20) will replace F23 as the extended hours Food Stamp Center for the borough of Brooklyn.
