This policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center staff of the Notice of Refund of Home Energy Allowance Deduction Form (M-858g) and the Conference and Fair Hearing Information insert (M-858g Insert]), which are mailed out by Management Information Systems MIS) to participants who are entitled to a Home Energy Allowance Refund.
