The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff at Job Centers and the Bureau of Reconciliation Control (BORAC) that the Landlord Request for Replacement of Direct Vendor Payment (W-146) and the Replacement of Direct Vendor Payments (W-147A) forms have been revised.
