This policy directive has been revised to inform staff in the Queens Region that effective October 7, 2009, the legally-exempt (informal) childcare provider enrollment process expanded to include Queens Job Centers. The Family Services Call Center (FSCC) is included in this process and is enrolling providers via mail and fax. The East River Job Center is excluded from this process at this time. The Women's Housing and Economic Development Corporation WHEDCO), the current Enrollment Agency (EA) in the Bronx Region, will also be the EA for the Queens and each additional region as they rollout.
