(This Policy Directive Replaces PD # 05-20-ELI) Social Services Law (SSL) Section 131-a (8)(a)(iii) requires that annually on June 1, the public assistance (PA) earned income disregard (EID) be adjusted up or down to reflect the change in the most recently issued poverty guidelines of the United States Census Bureau.
