The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center staff about a free workshop series for parents/guardians of children with disabilities. The series of workshops is titled "What's Out There and How to Get It" and is presented by Resources for Children with Special Needs, Inc. The workshops are given throughout the five boroughs of New York City through 2010 and explain what types of programs and services are available for children with disabilities.
