The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all staff that the following forms are being made obsolete because the Personal Roads to Individual Development and Employment (PRIDE) program has been replaced by the Wellness, Comprehensive Assessment, Rehabilitation and Employment (WeCARE) program.
