(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB #05-39-OPE)
This policy bulletin is being revised to inform Job Center staff of the transit fare increases effective June 28, 2009. The single fare rate will increase to $2.25 per one-way subway/bus trip. The weekly and monthly MetroCards will increase as follows:
- $27 for the weekly unlimited card
- $89 for the monthly unlimited card New York City Work, Accountability and You (NYCWAY) will adjust the rates for issuing carfare for a job search.
