The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff about a mailing that is being sent by Management Information Systems (MIS). The Summer Youth Employment Program (EXP-85F) is a new form that is being sent to eligible Cash Assistance (CA) households, and announces a program that provides summer employment and educational opportunities for New York City’s youths.
