The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff that the Statement of Alleged Paternity (M-384a) form is now obsolete because it is outdated and has been replaced with the Affidavit of Alleged Paternity (CM-179) form from the Office of Child Support and Enforcement (OCSE).
