(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB #06-54-OPE) This policy bulletin has been revised to remind staff in Job Centers that manual notices are generated through the Paperless Office System (POS). In addition, the following have been provided: • Specific instructions for Job Center staff for preparing, printing and reviewing manual denial notices; • Additional circumstances for generating manual denials; • Corrections to the case-level denial statuses listed for Non-Public Assistance (NPA) Food Stamp (FS) Offices.
