The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform APS staff of the client confidentiality policy and ensure that all APS and vendor staff protect client privacy and adhere to confidentiality rules. The term "client" includes persons referred to APS, persons who are currently receiving services, and those who have received services in the past.
