Fair Hearing Training for the Erie County Department of Social Services (ECDSS) (Prof. Anthony Szczygiel, SUNY at Buffalo Law School, 2002) (12 pp.)

This Fair Hearing training was for the Food Stamp, Medicaid and Community Alternative Systems Agency (CASA) staff at ECDSS. The objectives of this training were: "The worker will understand the role and importance of the fair hearing process; will be able to carry out the worker’s duties and obligations with respect to the fair hearing process; and is able to prepare and present case information at the Fair Hearing."
