This directory lists the names, addresses and telephone and fax numbers of the staff and administrators in the Fair Hearing Division of HRA's FIA, including the Fair Hearing staff at local Job Centers.

FIA is responsible for the following programs within HRA:

Public Assistance (PA), also known as "cash assistance" (CA), "temporary assistance" (TA), or "welfare," which includes recurring semi-monthly monetary payments as well as various forms of Emergency Assistance, sometimes called "one shot deals." These programs are administered through through HRA's "Job Centers,"

Food Stamps (FS), also known as the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), which includes FS benefits to PA (CA) households as well as to those households who do not receive PA, called NPA (NCA) households. PA (CA) households receive FS benefits through HRA's Job Centers; NPA (NCA) households receive FS benefits through HRA's Food Stamp Centers.

Medicaid, also known as Medical Assistance (MA), for PA recipients is administered by HRA's Job Centers. Medicaid, including Family Health Plus, for persons not in receipt of PA benefits is administered through HRA's Medical Insurance and Community Services Administration (MICSA).
