New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) and Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) of the New York State Department of Family Assistance (DFA) PPPL Regulations - 18 NYCRR Part 339

OTDA and OCFS share the same PPPL regulations, which are found at 18 NYCRR Part 339. Significantly, 18 NYCRR § 339.11(c) provides that "There shall be no fee for providing copies of records when the data subject is a person applying for or receiving public assistance or care or food stamp assistance."

The text of all New York State regulations is available free of charge at the web site of Thompson West - arranged by the New York State Department of State.
