7 U.S.C. § 2020(e)(10) - Fair Hearings for the Food Stamp Program

According to 7 U.S.C. § 2020(e)(10), a State Plan of Operation for the Food Stamp (FS) Program must provide for an opportunity for a Fair Hearing.
