Executive Order No. 131 (Governor Mario M. Cuomo, December 4, 1989)

On December 4, 1989, Governor Mario M. Cuomo issued Executive Order No. 131, which requires that every state agency responsible for administrative adjudication develop and implement an administrative adjudication plan by July 1, 1990.
Note: This Executive Order is found in the regulations of the Executive Department at 9 NYCRR § 4.131. This Executive Order has been continued by the subsequent administrations of Governors Pataki, Spitzer and Paterson. See 9 NYCRR §§ 5.3, 6.5 and 7.9.
