Effective October 30, 1995 hearings for appellants assigned to Income Support Centers #67, 68, 71, 72, and 80 are being scheduled on-site as follows:

for appellants from: ISC #71 and 72.
These hearing sites will not be used for any issues involving NBEG, NEVR, Emergency Hearings, Pharmacy Co-payment (PHAR) and all Homebound Telephone Hearings. These will continue to be scheduled at 80 Centre Street.
The appropriate hearing location will be printed on the DSS 457, as determined by the ISC listed as the primary agency (#67, 68, 71, 72 or 80).
This is a pilot project that may be expanded to other Income Support Centers in the future.
