In conjunction with Transmittal Number 95-32, Reporting General Aid-Continuing (A/C) Adjournments, all hearing officer date certain calendar dispositions should reference, ideally, the numeric code (or the narrative reason into the FHIS (Fair Hearing Information System) to assist all staff in determining the status. This is particularly vital to Communications Intake staff in making decisions relating to granting adjournments.
