The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) has learned that certain local districts may still be distributing the former Departmental toll-free number to clients for use in requesting a fair hearing. This number (formerly 1-800-342-3715) has been disconnected and does not have any message to direct callers to a proper number.
Attached is a list of current numbers that should be provided to clients depending on the region of the calling party. Please update any notices or correspondence currently indicating the incorrect toll-free number and share these correct numbers with appropriate staff.
