As you were previously advised in OAH Transmittal 94-56, the formats of form DSS-4482, Transmittal of Fair Hearing Decision, and Report FH-029, Decisions Transmitted, have undergone a change which took effect with the decisions issued and mailed on January 24, 1995. Previously only NYC received Report FH-029 which provided a list of issued cases. Now, everyone will receive a report of cases issued, arranged by fair hearing number. In addition, the packaging of the decisions has changed.
We are anxious to obtain any feedback on this new procedure to determine which features are helpful or cumbersome in your daily work routine.
