Effective December 16, 1996, the hearing site for issues pertaining to the NYC ADC BEGIN Program will change from 80 Centre Street to 109 E. 16th Street. The DSS-457, Notice of Fair Hearing, will reflect the new hearing location when "NBEG" is coded in the first agency field.
