A new telephone exchange (835) has been assigned to the 109 East 16th Street site resulting in telephone and fax number changes for the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) Office of Home Care (NOHC), the New York City HRA Office of Employment Services(NOES), and staff assigned to this site in the New York State Department of Social Services, Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH).
