The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) Procedures Transmittal Number 96-24 was recently issued advising staff of an agency name change from the HRA Child Welfare Agency (CWA) to the Administration for Children's Services (ACS). Subsequent to the release of Transmittal Number 96-24, we have been notified that the Division of Audit and Response has been replaced by the Administration for Children's Services' Office of Fair Hearing Compliance. The changes are as follows:

Mr. Karp will continue to be sent all DSS-457s, DSS-1891s, calendars, and decisions concerning CWA/DAR cases. Coding of the agency field will continue as NCWA and/or NDAR; no system change will be done at this time to reflect this change in the agency's structure.
