Effective immediately, the subcategory SP01 should not be used when coding fair hearing requests. As of December 21, 1998, the SP01 calendar has been suspended to allow increased scheduling of NYC Computer Match Unit (NCMU) cases.
The SP01 subcategory was used when coding requests that met the following criteria:
• NYC - PA (non-OES)
• DISC or REDU
• Single Issue
• Client alleges no notice and no notice match is made
Without the subcategory SP01, these fair hearing requests will now be scheduled on the regular center-specific calendars.
