98-36: NYC Computer Match Unit (NCMU) Coding Change (09/29/98)
Please refer to OAH Transmittal 98-28, dated August 11, 1998. Effective immediately, the subcategory SP02 is not to be added to any request generated by a notice issued by the New York City Computer Match Unit (NCMU).

As the volume of cases for which the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) appears at the hearing with the case files is substantial for NCMU cases, it is no longer feasible to calendar these cases on the SP01 or SP02 calendars, but rather, the use of NCMU in the Agency field will result in separate NCMU calendars. All other information in OAH 98-28 remains in effect.
