98-24: Revision of the Notice of Fair Hearing (DSS 457) (06/16/98)

Recently, new language ("Your hearing will be called in the order in which you sign in.") was added to the Notice of Fair Hearing (DSS 457). As the draft transmittal announcing this new language was being circulated for review, it became evident that there were several deficiencies in the Notice of Fair Hearing. Therefore, the Notice will be modified incorporating any suggestions for revision that may be warranted.
