98-14: Elimination of Exclusive Cluster Care Calendar (NCCP) (04/06/98)
Effective May 4, 1998, seven New York City HRA Cluster Care Program (NCCP) cases will be integrated daily onto the NYC HRA Office of Home Care (NOHC) calendar.

Effective April 1, 1998, this coding will ensure that all DSS 1891s, DSS
457s, DSS 2378s, Aid-Continuing Directives, Decisions after Hearing, and Notices of Non-compliance are forwarded to Mr. John Turley at the Office of Home Care rather than Mr. Peter Zadis of the Office of Cluster Care. This information, therefore, supersedes the instructions contained in OAH Transmittal 96-32, with respect to the contact for the Cluster Care Program.

As a reminder, agency designation NYS6 should be coded in the second agency field when a client claims homebound status. In addition, when known, the CASA Office number should be recorded in the Comments section.
