Effective March 2, 1998, the Inquiry Program (PFHINQ) was enhanced to include the Compliance Information Screen. Language now appears on the bottom of the PFINQ1 screen to indicate that a fair hearing is active in Compliance and is awaiting approval. Once the compliance complaint is approved, selection "6-CMPLNCE" will appear.
