Starting January 14, 1998, a barcoded form entitled Compliance Status Inquiry was sent out to certain appellants with an open complaint of non-compliance.
The Compliance Status Inquiry instructs the appellant to return the form to the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance's Compliance Unit in any situation where they feel the NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA) remains out of compliance with directives contained in a decision after fair hearing.
