Effective Wednesday, December 8, 1999, adjournments of cases on the Erie, Nassau, and Suffolk County calendars will be rescheduled to Wednesday afternoon calendars only. This pertains to office adjournments only, not those processed at the time of the hearing by the Administrative Law Judge.
A calendar continues to be available in the Albany Communications Intake Unit which should be consulted and noted appropriately upon granting any adjournments in these particular counties.
