09-14: New Issue Code 299 - Managed Long-Term Care Enrollment Issues (11/16/09)

Currently, fair hearing requests involving issues related to Managed Long-term Care are coded with Issue Code 211 for both enrollment and clinical issues. To assist local agency staff as well as OAH Communications Intake Unit (CIU) staff to better differentiate these issues, Managed Long-Term Care requests will now be coded with either code 211 for clinical issues and/or the newly created code 299 for enrollment issues.
