This transmittal, which is a follow-up to OAH Procedures Transmittal 01-17, announced the implementation of the Centralized Digital Audio Recording System at the 34th Street, New York hearing location and in upstate local districts.
This Centralized Digital Audio Recording System had previously been implemented at the 14 Boerum Place, Brooklyn hearing site of the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH).
This transmittal provided instructions on how to use the Centralized Digital Audio Recording System. It also advised that Centralized Digital Recordings may be burned to a CD-Rom for distribution to local agencies, appellants and representatives.
