This transmittal announced that, effective Tuesday, March 5, 2002 and continuing every other Tuesday afternoon, (March 19, April 2, etc.) an additional calendar will be scheduled for Monroe County, designated as an adjournment part calendar.
The afternoon calendar will be a traditional adjournment calendar; the same as currently scheduled in Erie County and Nassau County except it will be every other Tuesday afternoon. (The Suffolk County adjournment part calendar will continue to be held in both the morning and afternoon every Wednesday.)
As with the other adjournment calendars, this part calendar in Monroe ounty will be restricted to only date certain adjournments processed in the Albany Communications Intake Unit (CIU).
In addition to the afternoon Monroe County part calendar, there will be a morning calendar that will consist of nine previously generally adjourned cases. The morning calendar will be scheduled every other Tuesday, starting March 5, 2002, running concurrent with the adjournment part calendar.
