This transmittal announced that as of July 14, 2003 and until further notice, Medicaid Recertification (MAR) fair hearings, normally scheduled at 330 West 34th Street, will be scheduled at 14 Boerum Place, Brooklyn, New York.
A letter was sent to 2,700 appellants who have requested hearings regarding Medicaid Recertification issues to alert them to the change in hearing location.
