This transmittal includes an attachment of the revised Public Assistance (PA) issue codes that are entered on the Fair Hearing Information System (FHIS) whenever a fair hearing is requested.
The revisions were undertaken to meet programmatic changes and to make the issue codes more compatible with the Client Notice System (CNS).
