00-08: New Procedures For Requesting and Returning Fair Hearing Files (03/02/00)
This transmittal explains the procedures to be followed by OAH staff when requesting and retrieving fair hearing files in light of the phasing out of the current file storage procedures and the beginning of utilizing scanning equipment to "document image" the contents of all closed fair hearing files for on-line storage and retrieval.
