04-06: HRA Pilot Centralized AC Redirects for Brooklyn Job Centers (07/23/04)

On June 14, 2004, the NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA) began a pilot project for centralized notification of aid-to-continue redirects for all Brooklyn Centers. These centers are:

Refugee Centers 47 & 49
Coney Island Center 63
DeKalb Center 64
Bushwick Center 66
Linden Center 67
Bay Ridge Center 70
Euclid Center 78
Greenwood Center 85

The pilot is now working out of Job Center 67 Linden, and the onsite responsible person is Ms. Diane Dabney. All OAH redirect notifications from the above job centers will be sent over the PDS (Print Distribution System) line printer to Ms. Dabney. OAH liaisons will deal with her in all aspects of resolving aid-continuing redirect problems. Appellants should not be told to contact Ms. Dabney directly. OAH staff should take the redirect request on FHIS which will ensure that Ms. Dabney is notified on a daily basis of all new
redirect requests.

If successful, the pilot will be expanded to all HRA Job Centers.
