The New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) has established Job Center 71, Intensive Services Center (Agency Code: N071), located at 109 East 16th Street, 2nd Floor, New York, New York 10003. Reception Telephone Number is: (212) 835-8261. The Center Director is: Toni Asendio.
Job Center 71 will only handle cases consisting of one or more adults in the household who have been sanctioned for failure to comply with employment rules. No applications are taken at this location. Clients are called in specifically to resolve their sanction issues; and once they demonstrate compliance and the sanction is lifted, the case will be transferred back to their original center.
