This OAH Transmittal supersedes transmittals: OAH 97-47, OAH 99-36, and OAH 01-50.
It is no longer necessary to use Subcategory DOL ("Department of Labor") when coding fair hearing requests. Subcategory DOL was previously used for Upstate employment-related issues and ABAWD (Able-Bodied Adults without Dependents) Work Requirement cases; notification to the designated individual at the Department of Labor is no longer needed.
