The following new Outcome Reason code will be available on the Fair Hearing Information System (FHIS) effective December 2, 2006: W-25 ["Agency Stipulated to Settle a Non-Notice-of-Intent-Based Issue"].
This outcome code will be applied in cases where the Agency representative stipulates to take the necessary action to resolve a fair hearing issue that does not involve a Notice of Intent. For example, if the issue for the hearing is the failure to add the needs of a child to the Public Assistance (PA) budget and the Agency stipulates at the hearing to do so, the outcome would be coded W-25. (In NYC, these are not to be sent to the Section Clerks for SOS.)
