As of September 23, 2006, a new issue code, 984, "Employability Tracking Code," is available as a tracking code by the NYC Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) on cases heard on the Contesting Employability-Medical pilot project calendars.
This code was created at the request of the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) for its use in tracking heard cases on this calendar, which involve Issue Code 700 ["Employability Exemption/Restriction—Medical"].
