Effective November 15, 2007, the administrative offices and hearing site for the Schuyler County DSS will move from their location at County Office Building, 105 Ninth Street, Watkins Glen, New York 14891 to Schuyler County DSS, Human Services Complex, 323 Owego Street, Unit 3, Montour Falls, New York 14865.
